Through the University of La Verne I've had exceptional instructors and have been placed with master teachers in Bakersfield, CA public schools (elementary and middle) deemed the best of their professional learning committees. This mentoring group has taught me the latest techniques in classroom management, rigor/momentum, technology in the classroom and content aligned with California Common Core Standards.

I've traveled to most of the 50 states, Canada, Australia, Philippines, Japan, England, Bahamas, Ireland, France, Honduras, Mexico, Belize, and New Zealand.
I've lived in Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Hawaii, the Philippines and California.
I have a wonderful family now scattered in places all around the country: Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, New York, California, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Arizona.
Some are teachers.
I also have dear friends across the country and abroad.
